언제 어디서나 만화를 즐기는 디지털 세계
‘유비쿼터스 만화세상’은 디지털 시대의 만화 감상법을 구현한 신나는 체험전시입니다. 전시대상은 미디어와 기기의 종류를 따지지 않고 자유자재로 변화하는 만화의 놀라운 변신술. 누구나 하나씩 가지고 있을 휴대폰을 비롯, PDA, 노트북, PMP와 첨단 디지털 영상 플레이어를 통해서 언제 어디서나 재미있는 만화를 쉽게 감상할 수 있는 변화된 세상을 전시공간에 담아냅니다.
가지고 노는 디지털 만화
전파식별(RFID) 기술을 응용해 재미있게 만화를 ‘가지고 놀’수 있는 신기한‘미디어 테이블’과 에어터치 시스템을 응용해 손으로 디지털 만화책을 만져보는‘인터랙티브 코믹스’등 즐길 거리가 풍성한 전시입니다.
내 손바닥 위의 만화출판사
‘개인 맞춤형 출판’이라는 뜻의‘POD(Publish On Demand)'도 큰 흥미거리입니다. 관람객이 모바일 등의 기기를 통해 만화를 감상, 검색하면서 마음에 드는 콘텐츠를 즉석에서 고르고 즉석에서 자신만의 만화책을 만들어 가는 이벤트형 전시입니다. 모바일로 전송한 자신의 이름 등의 글자가 책에 인쇄되어 나오는 센스 있는 서비스도 포함됩니다.

The Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival (SICAF, Korean: 서울 국제 만화 애니메이션 페스티벌) is an annual showcase festival of animation, cartoon and related art genres held in Seoul, South Korea since 1995. Among the most notable SICAF events was a 2003 performance by Ferenc Cakó, a Hungarian sand animation artist, which has been widely distributed online. Cakó uses fluid, economical movements to express the creation myth.
